Full Turnkey Design for Every Airline Brand

For nearly 100 global airlines

THE BACKGROUND

Creating the configurable RAVE interface is only half the battle; once SPI’s products are finalized, their airlines need direction on how to apply their brand and business strategy to their IFE while still ensuring it is user friendly and accessible across numerous types of accessibility standards.

With our in-house design services, Passenger Experience studies each airline’s unique brand strategy and work with them, over an average of 8 months, to create a beautiful and uniquely-branded interface that aligns seamlessly with all of their travel touch points.

MY CONTRIBUTIONS

I attribute much of my success as the Manager of Passenger Experience to my time spent as a UX/UI designer. As a hands-on designer, I spent my formative years personally guiding over 50 airlines through RAVE’s GUI branding and configuration process, intimately learning both the trends in airline needs and the demands of international audiences and the product limitations associated with them.

As I moved into my creative director role, I continued to work directly with high-profile and the most demanding airline clients while taking a more empowering, facilitating role in terms of design. Working with both junior and senior design staff, I endeavored to assign projects that matched with each designer’s unique skill set, growth opportunities, their personally-created career plans, and schedule needs to not only visually oversee some of the best-branded IFE but grow some of the best UX/UI designers in the industry.
