SPI’s Full, In-House Design Studio

An incredibly versatile team, PAX would, when possible, provide visual, print, video and presentation design for all internal SPI departments

While our passengers and their user experience was our primary objective in our day-to-day roles, we also understood that none of our products’ success would be possible without happy, engaged employees and airlines. SPI had traditionally relied on my department to tackle any and all creative services needs.

Having experienced this juggling act myself as a UX/UI designer, once I became the head of the department, I worked hard to create a more strategic intake system for creative services project requests and the project management of those requests in order to better manage stakeholder expectations.

I would act as creative director and project manager for all creative service requests, and depending on my team’s availability and project load, I would occasionally step in is the designer. A few of my favorite creative services projects are highlighted here.
