One of the biggest-missed opportunities for potential Enterprise clients was that a lot of larger organizations operate in teams, and while there may be one person deciding which stock media site that organization uses, it is a collective team effort that can drive the decision itself.

At the start of 2022, Storyblocks not only lacked a Free Trial experience but an associated strategy in requesting a trial, rolling it out, adding team members, and internal Storyblocks admin controls for the Sales Team.

When I joined Storyblocks, one of my first tasks was to join the committee of product managers, sales reps, ENT users and developers in creating and executing a comprehensive Free Trial experience.

In the first 2 months of our Free Trial experience, we saw a 50% increase in ENT engagement from potential clients and their teams, with 4/5 ENT clients citing the Free Trial as a major factor in their decision-making process.
